During our comprehensive one-hour diagnostic service, we perform a vehicle inspection which includes a test drive (when possible), transmission scan, fluid check for particles and contamination, and a review of your vehicle’s history. Then, a licensed technician will sit with you and explain what we found. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the work. If not, you’ll leave with a detailed report to take with you.

Part of our Comprehensive Diagnostic Service, DVIs are detailed reports with photos abd notes on your vehicle’s condition, sent straight to your phone or email for full transparency.
